Welcome to the UCSC Bay Tree Campus Store Technology Order Form. After you fill out this order request, we will check to see if we have the requested product in stock. If the product is in stock, we will send over a digital recharge through DocuSign. If the product is out of stock, we will reach out via email to provide you with an estimated wait time. If you have a special request we will contact you to go over details and availability before the order is completed. Any pricing provided on this form does not include tax (9.25% or E-Waste); that will be added into your total with the DocuSign.
 
We are owned and operated by the University of California, Santa Cruz, and all proceeds of our store go right back to the University. Our employees do not receive commission or bonuses of any kind from the manufacturers we sell, so you can rest assured we are here to give you honest recommendations.

**Please note that UCSC ITS recommends a minimum of 16GB of Ram, and 512GB of Storage for new computers. If you have any questions about your department's specific requirements for computers, please contact your IT Manager.
